  4. Drizzle Strawberry Sauce: Pour a little strawberry sauce over the strawberries for extra sweetness.
  5. Repeat Layers: Add another layer of Greek yogurt, followed by more fresh strawberries.
  6. Finish with Strawberry Sauce: Drizzle a bit more strawberry sauce on top for a beautiful finish.

Grapefruit Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium grapefruit
  • 2 cups water
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey (or sugar, optional)
  • 1-2 slices fresh ginger (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Grapefruit: Peel the grapefruit and separate it into segments. Remove any seeds.
  2. Boil Water: In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add Grapefruit and Ginger: Once the water is boiling, add the grapefruit segments and, if you like, a couple of slices of fresh ginger for added warmth. Reduce the heat to a simmer.
  4. Simmer: Let the grapefruit and ginger simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
  5. Sweeten: Turn off the heat and strain the tea into a cup. Add honey or sugar to taste while the tea is still warm, and stir until dissolved.
  6. Serve: Add fresh mint leaves if you want a hint of freshness. Enjoy it hot, or let it cool and serve over ice for a refreshing grapefruit iced tea!

Simple Pumpkin Purée Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pumpkin (about 2 pounds), peeled and cut into cubes
  • 3 cups water or vegetable broth
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Pumpkin: Peel and chop the pumpkin into cubes.
  2. Sauté Onion: In a large pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Cook the Pumpkin: Add the pumpkin cubes to the pot and stir for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add Liquid: Pour in the water or vegetable broth until the pumpkin is just covered. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the pumpkin is tender.
  5. Blend: Use an immersion blender to purée the soup until smooth. Alternatively, blend the soup in a blender in batches and return to the pot.
  6. Season: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
